Every ball from them is mint. That's what they say and that's what they deliver. Every dozen comes in a nice case as well. Nearly every ball looks brand new. Some are ever so slightly discolored, but not scuffs or anything that will affect your ball (I drop tested the discolored balls and they bounced back just like their brand new counterparts). Lastly, Todd, the owner, reached out due to some longer lead times and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Cheaper than lostgolfballs.com, less than half the price of new balls, and impeccable customer service. Stop reading this review and buy already.
