Every ball from them is mint. That's what they say and that's what they deliver. Every dozen comes in a nice case as well. Nearly every ball looks brand new. Some are ever so slightly discolored, but not scuffs or anything that will affect your ball (I drop tested the discolored balls and they bounced back just like their brand new counterparts). Lastly, Todd, the owner, reached out due to some longer lead times and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
